## Ingredients

- 500ml milk
- 150g porridge oats
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1tsp ground nutmeg
- 50g raisins
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 2 large carrots _(grated)_
- 25g walnuts _(chopped)_
- 1 orange _(zested)_
- 4tbsp honey

## Method

1. **Fill the slow cooker.** In a slow cooker, combine all the ingredients except the walnuts, orange zest, and honey.
2. **Cook overnight.** Cook on low for eight hours or high for three hours.
3. **Top and serve.** Serve with the chopped walnuts, orange zest and a drizzle of honey.
