# Marry Me Chicken

## Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- Fresh basil _(optional)_
- 100g sun-dried tomatoes
- 1-2 tbsp tomato puree
- 200ml chicken stock
- 1 onion _(finely chopped)_
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 50ml double cream

## Method

1. **Coat the chicken.** Coat the chicken with flour, paprika, and seasonings.
2. **Sear the chicken.** Quickly sear the chicken in butter on a hot pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
3. **Fill the slow cooker.** Add the chicken to the slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients except the cream and basil.
4. **Cook it low and slow.** Slow-cook all day for 8 hours on low or cook on high from lunchtime.
5. **Finish with cream and basil.** Stir in the cream and basil during the last 10 minutes.

## Notes

- Serve with rice, pasta, or greens and cubed roasted potatoes on the side.
